Store Manager is needed for a supermarket. Must lead daily operations. Should ensure smooth store functioning. This full-time role requires a skilled professional to manage store activities, drive sales, and maintain high service standards. The position is based in Jizan.

Responsibilities – ذمہ داریاں
• Oversee store operations including sales and inventory
• Supervise staff and ensure policy compliance
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies
• Manage stock levels and prevent losses
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Handle customer queries and complaints
• Submit regular reports to management
• Train and motivate staff
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, accounts, and HR

Requirements – شرائط
• Minimum 4 years of supermarket experience
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
