- Assist in daily shop operations
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and documentation
- Handle data entry tasks
- Manage printing, scanning, and file organization
- Support customers with inquiries and assistance
- Maintain cleanliness and organize stock
- Help in preparing items for customers

Requirements – شرائط
- Good typing speed (50 words per minute)
- Strong computer knowledge (MS Office, email, file management)
- Ability to communicate in English and Arabic
- Customer-friendly and presentable personality
- Hardworking and reliable attitude
- Experience in retail or shop support is an advantage
