Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant activities to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and schedule staff on a weekly basis
- Uphold excellent standards of customer care
- Track inventory levels and manage supply orders
- Guarantee adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Address customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for seamless coordination
- Support budgeting, cost management, and performance reporting
