Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead critical functions across transport, logistics, and business development. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands‑on expertise in compliance, safety, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Operations & Planning

• Direct bulk and general transport operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.
• Lead and motivate teams to deliver on performance targets.
• Enforce company policies and take corrective action when required.

Business Growth & Client Engagement

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships, present service offerings, and secure long‑term contracts.

Transport & Logistics Oversight

• Ensure the company fleet is fully operational and well maintained.
• Develop and monitor maintenance schedules, conduct site inspections, and perform spot checks.
• Guarantee strict compliance with RTA regulations, SQAS standards, and health & safety practices.

Leadership & Development

• Support the General Manager in sales and business expansion.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to handle chemical and petroleum products safely.
• Drive ERP process mapping and IT infrastructure improvements.
• Manage P&L, conduct financial analysis, and implement structured reporting systems.
