Data Entry Operator is required for managing invoices and payments. Candidate must be detail oriented. Accuracy in financial records is essential. The position is based in Shuwaikh and requires proficiency in Next ERP.

Responsibilities – ذمہ داریاں
- Enter and update invoices, payments, and transactions in Next ERP
- Verify accuracy of financial records
- Coordinate with accounts and sales departments
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Match invoices with purchase orders or receipts
- Handle accounting entries and documentation filing
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in ERP system

Requirements – شرائط
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or accounting
- Strong knowledge of Next ERP
- Basic understanding of invoices and payments workflows
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy
